Please read carefully the rental agreement between July Seven Rental and the renter:

General Requirements

1. Driving license with the appropriate category is required to rent a vehicle. The renter must be really proficient in driving the vehicle or have experience and be honest.
2. The minimum rental period is 3 days to be able to drop off and pick up the vehicle for free for the Ubud area only. We can provide shorter periods, but our motorbikes do not drop off and pick up to hotels. We can pick up and drop off, but the renter pays for 3 days.
3. Insurance is provided for all motorbikes and cars with minimal liability for customers:
   • US$ 300 for 110cc to 150cc motorbikes
   • US$ 400 for 250cc motorbikes
   • US$ 500 for cars
4. Refundable security deposit:
   • US$ 20 for 125cc motorbikes
   • From US$ 30 for above 125cc motorbikes
   • US$ 80 for cars
5. Insurance covers stolen vehicles provided the renter can produce the key/remote within 24 hours and make a police report.
6. If there is a loss to a third party due to an incident, the renter is fully responsible for the loss.

Vehicle Condition

7. If the tire (front or rear) is deflated due to hitting a nail or other sharp object on the road, the renter is obliged to:
   • Patch it and refill the air at their own expense.
   • If the tire is torn and needs to be replaced, the repair cost is borne by the renter.
8. If the renter returns the vehicle without following the correct procedures and leaves a deposit, the deposit will be valid for a maximum of one month from the beginning of the contract. After that, the deposit is considered forfeited.

Cancellation Fees & Usage

9. The cancellation fees are:
   a. Non-refundable for all weekly/monthly rentals.
   b. 50% for all daily rentals.
10. At least, the petrol must be the same as at the beginning, but no refundable for remaining petrol.
11. Not allowed to drive the vehicle outside Bali island.
12. The renter cannot give the vehicle to be driven by another person.

Loss & Replacement Fees

13. In case of loss of helmet, key, remote, or documents, the renter shall be responsible for such loss and will be charged a fee:
    • Key lost: US$ 15
    • Remote lost: US$ 100
    • Helmet lost: US$ 15
    • Lost documents: US$ 75

Vehicle Pickup & Drop-off

14. Free delivery and pick-up are available in Ubud and surrounding areas. For outside Ubud areas (Canggu, Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, etc.) or outside working hours, an additional cost applies.

Additional Terms

15. If the renter violates the terms of this agreement, July Seven Rental Company has the right to immediately pick up the vehicle and take legal action under Indonesian law.
16. If the vehicle is lost and the renter cannot return the key, July Seven Rental Company will charge the renter 50% of the new vehicle value based on market prices.
17. July Seven Rental Company is not responsible for damage, loss, injury, or death suffered by the renter, pillion riders, or other people involved in an accident.
18. July Seven Rental Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, fires, floods, epidemics, wars, riots, earthquakes, and terrorism.
19. July Seven Rental Company is not responsible for any illegal acts or violations of Indonesian law committed by the renter.
